In this role, you'll collaborate with multiple departments across the business to process deals, handle internal requests, and support a variety of operational tasks that keep our workflows running smoothly.

Quality checking all sales to ensure sales have been confirmed with customers.
Processing sales for Creditsafe UK and Ireland.
Processing of all Backoffice requests.
Sending of reminder letters.
Creating daily login details for CRM & New Business.
Liaise with departments to proactively resolve issues and queries.
Systems knowledge (Microsoft Dynamics & Backoffice is advantageous).
Keen interest in becoming an expert on our product lineup and packages.
Good communication skills.
Great interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to manage tasks and priorities efficiently.
Ability to work well as part of a team.
