About the role

We’re excited to introduce a brand-new opportunity as a Consumer Data Sales Executive reporting to the Consumer Data Sales Manager.

The position blends strategic appointment setting for enterprise and partnership growth (30%) with hands-on sales responsibility for small to mid-tier clients (70%). You’ll be working in a fast-paced, supportive environment where initiative, autonomy, and a hunger to succeed are highly valued.

Key responsibilities

Enterprise Appointment Setting (30%)

  1. Proactively identify new enterprise prospects, consumer data partnerships, and untapped sources of consumer data sharers.

  2. Conduct research using LinkedIn, internal networks, and other channels to build accurate prospect lists.

  3. Initiate outreach via cold calling, email, and social engagement to build rapport and schedule qualified meetings.

  4. Manage data capture and communication logs efficiently using CRM tools.

  5. Book a target number of meetings per month for the Consumer Data Sales Manager.

Please note: You'll earn incentives for successful meetings and receive commission on any deals closed from your booked appointments.

Direct Consumer Sales (70%)

  1. Own the sales cycle for your assigned pool of small to mid-tier prospects.

  2. Sell consumer-focused Creditsafe products including Verify, batching, and public data monitoring tools.

  3. Research and engage prospects through outbound efforts, qualify needs, deliver product demonstrations, and close deals.

  4. Work with your line manager to develop sales strategies and leverage upsell opportunities within other Creditsafe services.

  5. Maintain consistent and accurate pipeline management, tracking activity, opportunities, and wins.

What you'll bring

  1. Experience in appointment setting roles, cold calling, telesales, or field sales.

  2. Background or understanding of consumer or AML data products (desirable, not required).

  3. Track record of meeting or exceeding sales/appointment-setting KPIs.

  4. A self-starter with high levels of energy and a proactive approach to target-hitting.

  5. Ability to work independently while thriving as part of a team.

  6. Strong communication skills, resilience, and the confidence to speak with stakeholders at all levels.

  7. Must hold a full UK driving licence.
