About the role

As a Telesales Executive, you're the first point of contact that a business may have with Creditsafe, meaning you're responsible for a potential client's first impression and gathering details on what truly matters to our potential new customers. 

Your role will be to engage prospective clients by providing key details on the solutions we offer and performing live demonstrations on how these solutions can help companies reduce credit risk, maintain compliance standards, or revolutionise their current processes.

Key responsibilities

  1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers.

  2. Meet and exceed sales targets.

  3. Confidently deliver a pitch.

  4. Conquer all common challenges.

  5. Deliver a full online product demonstration.

  6. Consistently develop and build on sales skills.

  7. Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and active listening.

  8. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within our CRM system.
