Registry Data - No delays or shutdowns have been reported yet at the local registry. However, we are monitoring the situation daily for any changes. It likely there will be fewer publications now and in the near future posted to the local registry due to some company closures.
Adverse Data – Currently some courts are closed across the US, which will affect suits liens and judgement filings in certain states. As of this point, there are no bankruptcy court closures so this service should remain relatively un-impacted.
Trade data
We collect and analyse how millions of invoices are paid each day. This information is a key factor in our scoring model and is one of the most important & predictive datasets available in the US.
At this time, we are yet to observe dramatic changes in payment behaviour. This could fluctuate and will be monitored daily. As time goes on, we expect to have a clearer picture on the situation and inform you of any change.
We are taking extra measures to ensure we collect this data on a daily basis. The current observation is that this flow of data is largely unaffected at this point in time and will remain one of our strongest assets in maintaining predictive scores.
We are encouraged by new companies contributing in this time of need and will continue to monitor this situation.
