KYC Protect

1. Enhanced Alert Decision Management

Mistakes happen, and now they're easy to fix. If a match profile was marked as a True Match or False Positive in error, authorised users can reverse the decision and move it to the correct status directly within KYC Protect. This means accurate records, fewer support tickets, and greater confidence every time you review an alert.

2. User Management Reporting and Enhanced User Search

Keeping track of who has access to what just got simpler. You can now download a full User Management Report directly from KYC Protect, showing every user on your account along with their assigned role and status (Active or Inactive). This enables faster access to reviews, smoother audits, and stronger user governance, all in one report.

3. Improved AML Alert Report Date Filtering

No more second-guessing your report dates. You can now generate AML Alert reports by choosing the date type that matters most to you:

·         Screening Date: when the original screening was performed

·         Match Identification Date: when the match or alert was identified

Connect API

  • New-look PDF Company Reports via the Connect API for countries in Africa, the Caribbean, and Latin America, with a small number of additional countries in Europe, Asia, and Oceania. The new design will reflect the modern look of our web-based reports while also increasing data availability and delivery speed. For the full list of countries, please click here.

KYC Protect – Enhanced User Roles & Permissions

KYC Protect now includes a redesigned user management experience with a new role-based access control system.

This update allows organizations to assign specific roles to each user in their account (Viewer, Analyst, Manager, or Admin), controlling exactly what they can see and do within the platform. It's a significant enhancement for compliance, security, and audit purposes.

Administrators can more easily assign permissions, organize users into groups, and manage access with a fully auditable permissions framework. These updates improve governance while making user administration more intuitive.
