Email Unsubscribe: More control over scheduled reports and alerts
Users can now unsubscribe from scheduled report and alert emails, giving them greater control over the notifications they receive.
- Recipient lists can also be updated when requirements change
- All unsubscribe and recipient changes are recorded in the audit log for visibility and traceability.
- Unsubscribing only affects the individual recipient, so schedules and alerts remain active for other recipients.
Dynamic Country Tabs: Easier, more relevant alert configuration across countries
We have introduced Dynamic Country Tabs within the Alerts Profile experience to make local rule configuration more relevant, intuitive, and easier to manage.
- Country tabs are now dynamically displayed based on the countries in a user’s portfolio.
- Users are informed when their portfolio contains countries that are not yet supported by Alerts, providing greater visibility into alert coverage.
- Additional countries can be added from the Other Countries list, allowing rules to be configured in advance for future portfolio growth.
- New visual status indicators help users quickly identify configured, unconfigured, and incomplete country rule setups.
- Enhanced validation prevents alert profiles from being saved with incomplete rule conditions, reducing configuration errors and improving reliability.
