Interview process at Creditsafe Technology differs based on the skill set and experience required for the role.

Fresh Graduates

Experienced Techies

1. Group Discussion

Group Discussion offer a unique chance for Creditsafe to see how candidates function in a group. It also allows interviewers to directly observe candidates’ soft skills in action such as assertiveness, listening skills, adaptability, communication skills, leadership qualities and willingness to take the initiative.

Duration: one hour

Decision: selection or rejection will be notified in a day or two

2. Technical Evaluation

Codility test / Test understanding documentation 

For developer positions, Creditsafe conducts a technical evaluation using Codility platform. 

For testing positions, candidates required to submit an understanding document for a hypothetical computer application detailing their test approach, assumptions, risks etc.

Creditsafe determines the candidate's worthiness for the specific position using the technical evaluation round.

Duration: one hour / 5 days

Decision: selection or rejection will be notified in a day or two

3. Interaction with the hiring Department

One to one interaction with one of the managers of the hiring department to understand candidate's attitude, career aspirations etc. In this round Creditsafe determines if the candidate will be an appropriate fit to culture of Creditsafe and especially to the team he/she will join.

Duration: 30 mins 

Decision: selection or rejection will be notified in a day or two

4. HR Evaluation

In this final round, Creditsafe understands candidate's personality and tries to evaluate if the candidate will join Creditsafe if an offer is given. This round is also meant to discuss and agree on employment terms, benefits package etc.

Duration: 30 mins

1. Technical Evaluation

Preliminary technical evaluation of the candidate by a panel member of the hiring department. In this round, Creditsafe determines if the candidate possess the technical skills and experience, he/she claims in the resume.

Duration: one hour

Decision: selection or rejection will be notified in a day or two

2. Coding Test

Codility test / Understanding documentation
