KYC Protect

Date of Birth Matching

You can now refine their searches using a date of birth or year of birth, helping reduce irrelevant matches and deliver more precise screening results.

When screening via the web interface or batch upload, you can now:

1. Enter a full date of birth (e.g. 01/01/1990)

OR 

2. Enter a year of birth (e.g. 1990).

KYC Protect will then return potential matches that include the specified date or year of birth, while filtering out records where this information is not available.

Company Data & Payment Insights

  • Improved logic behind the Paid Late and Paid on Time indicators means you get clearer, more reliable signals on how companies pay their bills, giving you greater confidence when making credit and risk decisions.

Expanded International Data Coverage

  • We've broadened country coverage across multiple enrichment fields so that you can access richer company data across a wider range of international markets.
  • The Establishment Date field now covers additional countries, making it easier to assess company age and longevity across your global portfolio.
  • You can now enrich records with standardised company status values (such as Active, Closed, or Liquidated) across more countries worldwide.
  • City enrichment is now available in Austria, Switzerland, Greece, and the UK, improving data completeness for records in these markets.

Data Accuracy Fix

  • A bug affecting manual SIC code selection has been fixed. Industry classifications now return the correct codes every time, ensuring your segmentation and analysis are built on accurate data.

Ledger Insights

Industry Activity Report now available: Administrators can now generate detailed performance reports grouped by industry activity code, giving you a clearer picture of how your groups are performing across sectors.

  • Choose your own date range and view data broken down by month, making it easy to spot trends and track performance over time.
  • Reports include Creditsafe Score, regional scores, turnover rankings, payment experience, DBT average, and more, all in one place.
  • Download reports in CSV or XLSX format for further analysis or sharing with stakeholders.
  • Report access is restricted to administrators, and all downloads are logged in the audit trail, keeping your data governance intact.
