Customer Self‑Service

Customer Self‑Service is now available, giving customers more control over user management and account access directly within the Creditsafe platform.

With Customer Self‑Service, customers can:

  • Edit and update user details without contacting Support 

  • Activate or deactivate users instantly

  • Set and adjust permissions for individual users

  • Reset passwords and manage authorizations independently

Customer Self‑Service helps teams manage access changes faster while maintaining control over permissions and account security. 

Customer Self‑Service must be enabled on the account. Customers should contact their Creditsafe Account Manager to activate this feature.

Ledger Insights – Now Available for Purchase

Ledger Insights is now available as an add‑on purchase, providing deeper visibility into ledger‑level payment data to support credit decision‑making.

With Ledger Insights, customers can:

  • View deeper payment behavior trends beyond surface‑level risk indicators 

  • Better support credit limit decisions and ongoing account reviews

  • Strengthen justification for credit decisions using supporting ledger data

  • Improve monitoring of existing customer portfolios over time
