At GraydonCreditsafe Belgium NV, we value your privacy. When you visit our building and register via our digital visitor form, we process your personal data with the utmost care and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. What data do we process?
When you fill in the form via the QR code, we ask for the following information:
- Your first and last name
- Name of the company you work for
- Name of the person you are visiting at GraydonCreditsafe
- Reason for your visit
2. Purposes of the processing
Your data will only be processed for the following purposes:
- Registering and managing visitors to our building
- Ensuring the safety of our employees and visitors
- In the event of an emergency: having insight into who is in the building
- Adherence to internal security protocols
3. Legal basis for processing
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent (Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR). You will be asked to give explicit consent to this processing when you fill in the registration form.
4. Retention period
We do not store your data longer than necessary. Visitor data is stored for a maximum of 30 days , unless a longer retention period is necessary to comply with legal obligations or to investigate internal security incidents.
5. Who do we share your data with?
Your data will not be shared with third parties, unless this is necessary in the context of security, legal obligations or incidents involving authorities.

You have the right to:

- Have your data corrected or deleted
- Withdraw your consent at any time
- Object to processing
- Lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (GBA)
