    Our team of Account Managers look after our customers from day one. They're a one-stop shop of experts that provide all the support that our customers need and help them understand and maximise the input that Creditsafe has in helping us achieve their strategic goals.

    Creditsafe is built from the data we provide and the products that bring that data to our customers in the most effective way. These teams identify the latest datasets available, build our solutions, and are experts within the credit, risk and compliance sectors, continually enabling us to share the best products with our customers.

  2. Customer Support & Switchboard

    Customer Support and Switchboard provide our customers and prospects with the first-class support they need, resolving any queries they have quickly and efficiently. We boast the highest Net Promoter Score in the industry, which highlights how great the service they provide is!

  1. Credit Control & Finance

    Our Credit Control and Finance departments are responsible for managing our financial operations, including accounts receivable and accounts payable. They ensure timely payments, maintain accurate financial records and more.

  2. Marketing

    The Marketing team at Creditsafe works to create content that helps our customers and prospects understand what is happening within the credit, risk, and compliance space and supports all teams across the business in promoting Creditsafe's services and company culture.

Joining Creditsafe at just 17 years old in an entry-level sales role, I focused on learning as much as I could and consistently hitting my targets. Over time, that opened the door to new opportunities, from supporting the team as an assistant, to leading a smaller team and taking on more complex client accounts. Fast forward to today, and I’m proud to be managing a high-performing sales team.
