At Creditsafe, we're known as disruptors in the industry and unafraid of changing the status quo. Across our departments, we encourage an open-thinking environment where ideas, no matter how unconventional, can be shared and considered to make our products, services and customer service the very best they can be.

Creditsafe has evolved greatly since we first began faxing over credit reports, with our product range now spanning credit and risk, compliance, automation, integrations and more. As we've grown, our team members have grown with us, taking on new and exciting roles, moving into management or exploring completely different areas that have sparked their interest.

We're a bunch of lively characters, with 1/3 of the Creditsafe UK team being with the company for over 10 years and many now reaching their 20th anniversary. Our long-standing team members bring a wealth of experience, while our newest members offer a fresh perspective on how we can deliver our goals.

The Creditsafe Team

Sales

We have multiple sales teams that work to help SMEs and Large Enterprises reach their goals by providing them with the insights to bring them on board with us. Whether it be proactive outreach or driven by potential customers requesting further details from our website, they're the professionals who are the first port of call for our potential customers.
Account Managers

Our team of Account Managers look after our customers from day one. They're a one-stop shop of experts that provide all the support that our customers need and help them understand and maximise the input that Creditsafe has in helping us achieve their strategic goals.

Customer Development Managers

The Customer Development team are the knowledge base of Creditsafe UK. They train all of our customers on the products and services that we provide so they can unlock the full potential of their package. They're also fantastic with solving product-based queries, and connecting our customers with members of our team that can help with any complex query.
Customer Support & Switchboard

Customer Support and Switchboard provide our customers and prospects with the first-class support they need, resolving any queries they have quickly and efficiently. We boast the highest Net Promoter Score in the industry, which highlights how great the service they provide is!

Data & Product

Creditsafe is built from the data we provide and the products that bring that data to our customers in the most effective way. These teams identify the latest datasets available, build our solutions, and are experts within the credit, risk and compliance sectors, continually enabling us to share the best products with our customers.
Admin Operations

The Admin Operations team are fundamental to the Creditsafe team, as they ensure that our quality standards are maintained and complete crucial tasks that keep our services running at their best.

Credit Control & Finance

Our Credit Control and Finance departments are responsible for managing our financial operations, including accounts receivable and accounts payable. They ensure timely payments, maintain accurate financial records and more.
Marketing

The Marketing team at Creditsafe works to create content that helps our customers and prospects understand what is happening within the credit, risk, and compliance space and supports all teams across the business in promoting Creditsafe's services and company culture.

That's why we hold monthly award ceremonies to highlight our biggest achievers each month, culminating in our yearly awards ceremony, The Elite Awards, our company-wide awards evening that celebrates the success our team had throughout the year.

We also hold individual team incentives and a yearly Elite Club, where those who hit set KPIs get an all-expenses paid trip to fantastic locations around the globe and embark on once-in-a-lifetime experiences (locations including Croatia, New York and Belgium to name a few).
