About the role

The First Years Account Manager is responsible for contacting new customers shortly after they have taken out our service and have fully demonstrated its capabilities.

You would be responsible for managing a portfolio of around 450 customers within their first year, ensuring excellent customer service, minimising cancellations by driving customer usage and maximising growth.

You will spot opportunities whilst building and maintaining strong relationships with your customers.

Key responsibilities

  1. Manage a portfolio of Creditsafe UK customers 

  2. Maintain at least quarterly contact with clients

  3. Work well across departments, including both Onoarding and Field

  4. Identify potential opportunities

  5. Organise product trials with existing accounts

  6. Renew and grow accounts
