Connect Monitoring email notifications

We have now enabled the ability for you to set up email Monitoring notifications for your Connect API Monitoring Integration

As of  Tuesday 11th May you can arrange for email notifications, detailing event changes, to be sent to a designated email address.

How to set up email notifications via the Connect API

To enable email notifications, you will need to assign an email address to the Monitoring Portfolio(s) that you wish to receive notifications on. You can do this by updating your portfolio information within your integration. Instructions on how to do this can be found here:

Please note that monitoring email notifications are sent daily, and one email is sent per portfolio. If there are no events to report, you will not receive an email.

If you would like to disable Monitoring email notifications, you will need to remove the email address assigned to each portfolio.
