Released: March 2024
We are excited to announce the introduction of the Max Input Limit feature, a significant enhancement to the templated decision trees, now available for UK Default and Contract Limit. This feature introduces a mechanism for managing high-risk decisions by setting a threshold limit on input values, ensuring that decisions exceeding a certain value are automatically referred for further evaluation.
Key features and benefits
- Max Input definition: A pre-defined input limit evaluated during the OTS tree decision-making process, enhancing the control over high-value decisions.
- Automatic referral: Decisions where the input value exceeds the set threshold are automatically referred for an alternative assessment, streamlining the decision-making process.
- Template configuration: Both customers and Creditsafe Admins can configure the Max Input during the template configuration phase, allowing for a flexible adaptation to different risk management strategies.
- Instant customisation: Gives users the option to customise including the Max Input feature in individual templated trees, offering tailored decision-making models to fit specific requirements.
- Execution phase evaluation: During decision execution, the Max Input value is evaluated, and if exceeded, triggers the referral process, ensuring that high-risk decisions are appropriately managed.
- User-defined threshold: Users can define the Max Input threshold, with a wide numerical range from 0 to 9999999999999, allowing for precise control over decision criteria.
- Optional feature: The Max Input threshold feature is optional, offering users the choice to include it in their decision model based on their specific risk assessment policies.
