We're pleased to announce that Salesforce v4.5 is now live, with exciting additional features and enhancements to Business Intelligence Plus. Below are some of the key features of the latest update, along with the full release notes.
Automate Decision Processes
A new Invocable Apex action is now available for Salesforce Flow, enabling decision-making processes to be automated. An example can be automating a decision to run when an Account record meets certain criteria.
By integrating this action using Flow, decision logic can be executed, reducing manual intervention and streamlining workflows.
Refresh Records
This feature introduces the ability to automatically refresh Account and Lead Records for countries that are not currently available in the app’s Data Cleaning functionality. This supports data consistency and accuracy across the rest of your international business profiles.
Automatically Add/Remove Records from Monitoring Portfolios
Companies can now be automatically added or removed from Monitoring Portfolios, enhancing the management of portfolios without manual effort. This can be actioned one-by-one or in bulk.

Default flows are available to help you test and automate these actions efficiently. These can be found under the Demo Flows tab in the settings.

Updates for Business Intelligence Plus for Salesforce v4.3 are now live with some exciting updates to the system and data. See below a few of the key changes we have made in this latest release.
Record Creation from Branches on Danish Reports: Instantly create a record for a branch from a company report. Use the existing enrichment mappings to update the Branch information, such as Activity Codes and Activity Description. The head office and branch records will be linked through the Salesforce account hierarchy.
Bug Fix: Italian Report Data Mappings for ‘Full’ Report Type: Previously, certain fields within the ‘Full’ report type in Italy were not populated via enrichment and in-app reports. This bug has been fixed, and ‘Full’ report users can now see and access all fields available in this report type.

Our new package offers some exciting enhancements in your Salesforce CRM, including over 600 new company enrichment fields, the ability to link company reports to existing Salesforce records from a Creditsafe report, and for Check & Decide users, the ability to view and update templated decision models.

The number of possible enrichment fields has increased by more than 600 data sets. Additionally, we have extended the country coverage of existing data cleaning data points, including VAT, Profit Before Tax, Net Worth and Company Status.
