Version 4.10 of the Creditsafe Business Intelligence Plus application for Salesforce is now available.  Please upgrade to the latest version to take advantage of the latest updates and enhancements listed below: 

Company Report & Data Updates

• Improved Paid Late / Paid on Time indicators – Enhanced logic and data handling to deliver more accurate and consistent payment performance signals across supported countries.
• Expanded enrichment country coverage – Data Cleaning enrichment fields now support additional countries, increasing global data availability and enrichment success rates.
• Establishment Date coverage expanded – The Establishment Date (Incorporation Date) field is now available in more countries, enabling better company age and longevity analysis across international portfolios.
• Company Status coverage expanded – Additional countries now support the Company Status enrichment field, providing more records with standardised status values such as Active, Closed, or Liquidated.
• City enrichment expanded – City field enrichment now supported for Austria (AT), Switzerland (CH), Greece (GR), and the United Kingdom (UK/GB).
• SIC code manual matching fix – Resolved an issue where manual SIC selections could return incorrect codes, ensuring accurate industry classification when users manually match or override SIC codes.

We're pleased to announce that Salesforce v4.5 is now live, with exciting additional features and enhancements to Business Intelligence Plus. Below are some of the key features of the latest update, along with the full release notes. 

Automate Decision Processes

A new Invocable Apex action is now available for Salesforce Flow, enabling decision-making processes to be automated. An example can be automating a decision to run when an Account record meets certain criteria.

By integrating this action using Flow, decision logic can be executed, reducing manual intervention and streamlining workflows.

Refresh Records

This feature introduces the ability to automatically refresh Account and Lead Records for countries that are not currently available in the app’s Data Cleaning functionality. This supports data consistency and accuracy across the rest of your international business profiles.

Automatically Add/Remove Records from Monitoring Portfolios

Companies can now be automatically added or removed from Monitoring Portfolios, enhancing the management of portfolios without manual effort. This can be actioned one-by-one or in bulk.

Default flows are available to help you test and automate these actions efficiently. These can be found under the Demo Flows tab in the settings.

Our new package offers some exciting enhancements in your Salesforce CRM, including over 600 new company enrichment fields, the ability to link company reports to existing Salesforce records from a Creditsafe report, and for Check & Decide users, the ability to view and update templated decision models.

The number of possible enrichment fields has increased by more than 600 data sets. Additionally, we have extended the country coverage of existing data cleaning data points, including VAT, Profit Before Tax, Net Worth and Company Status.
