About the role

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, thinking creatively, and working with data to drive meaningful insights. As a Junior Data Analyst, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand data needs, support the team in collecting, cleaning, and analysing data, contribute to problem resolution by identifying trends and providing actionable insights, and collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and reporting.

Key responsibilities

  1. Providing support to all UK customers 

  2. Conduct ad-hoc data/ customer analysis and support for sales staff 

  3. Carrying out general administrative support  

  4. Perform individual research and manual data matching  

  5. Providing support to all UK customers  Answering data queries from staff to deal with their customers and to enhance their knowledge
